Spent 15 MINUTES outside cleaning out the pool pump.
Had three days in agony with sunburn.

Now I'm doing a Sammy the Snake impersonation. I'd have killed the kids if that had happenned to them.

Happy New Year

After I'd flipped me final pizza of 2011, around 10pm, (If your interested it was a Roz's Gourmet, $18.50) I headed off to join the family at a guy called Paul's gaff, what a gaff it is too (his nickname is 'Scrooge'. Apparently, him and all his pals are all thespians and his major role was once 'Scrooge' in OT).Anyway, this guy is THE funniest man I have ever met in my life. He has me in stitches, I only have to look at him.
The theme for the night was the 80's, and as I'm nearly that I never bothered dressing up!!!!!
"Scrooge' was Freddie Mercury, and I mean Freddie Mercury, ALL NIGHT, I have never known anyone stay in character at a fancy dress party for 11 hours. The party started at 3 in the afternoon!! You just couldn't get him to talk to you as himself, he was awesome.
He had the Freddie teeth in and totally would not take them out to drink, eat, talk, sing. At the end of the night they were in tatters and one by one they kept falling out of his mouth, I was wetting myself.

Also there was Cyndi Lauper (Libby), Don Johnson, although he looked more like Dave Stewart from the Eurythmics (Will, Libby's Hubby).
